Earth Day 2011

Actually I'm surprise when I saw calendar today. 23 April ? Wow! I forgot something big yesterday. Yesterday is one of the biggest day due to global warming and other environment problem, yesterday is EARTH DAY!!
Some people still don't know the meaning of this day, so I'll rewrite definition of this term from wikipedia.com..

Earth Day is a day that is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's natural environment

From that definition we can conclude that today our Earth is not on a good condition. A lot of us understand what we must do to take place on "save our earth" program. But, people who take action on it still a bit rare.
Since 20 century, this topic was raised up, because some scientist realize that our earth have been changed by human industrial activities then a hundred years before.
Today, we see directly "results" of "earth sick". The sea level raising, global temperature, tsunami, some virus mutation, crop failure, and etc.
Now, the most important is our action. And actions need knowledge and information. So, let's improve our knowledge about our home land, the earth, let's try to understand him, and serve him better as the part of our life.. If you have childs, just try to teach them how to love the environment, earth, and everything natural inside it.. Just start from a little one, such as planting a plant in the garden. This learning is very important for human and earth future!
